Even the Cartoon Network wants a piece of the Gronk!

Yesterday, Rob Gronkowski, the New England Patriots [team stats] party boy, touchdown titan and resident ThunderCat, spent an hour at Gillette Stadium in front of the cameras shooting promos, opining about bullying and, of course, spiking the ball.

“It was a request that came in through his agent, so I didn’t know what to expect,” Patriots spokesman Stacey James told the Track.

James said the kiddie and man-child network — home of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” “Robot Chicken” and “Dragon Ball Z” — will run promos and teases featuring 87 in late January when it’s expected Rob will be doing the aloha thang at the ProBowl in Honolulu. Unless the Pats are Super Bowl-bound. Just stop. Girls can dream, OK?

So, was Tom Brady [stats]’s go-to guy a natural before the cameras?

“He’s a natural at whatever he does,” laughed James. “He’s just happy to be here. It looked like he was having a lot of fun.”
