What is Rex Ryan’s loss is the Patriots’ gain!
There could be another Gronkowski brother heading to New England after fullback Glenn worked out with the team on Monday.
Rob’s baby bro, an undrafted rookie out of Kansas State who made the Bills’ initial 53-man roster but was released on Sept. 12, joined seven other players for a visit with Belichick and co. During preseason in Buffalo, Glenn carried the ball seven times, picking up 30 yards.
If Goose gets added to the roster, that would make him the third Gronk to wear a Pats jersey after Dan played there as a TE alongside Rob in 2011.
It would also make an unbeatable entertainment duo with two Gronks on the team – twice the party rocking, double the zubaz action and more opportunities for Gronk spikes.

CBS Sports reporter Sean Wagner-McGough is clearly very excited about the prospect, and has already started planning a reality show around the dynamic duo.
“Imagine the possibilities: Two Gronks passing out ice cream in Boston. Two Gronks saying the Gronkiest things. Two Gronks posing as police officers. Two Gronks sipping chugging Fireball at the Patriots’ upcoming Super Bowl parade (teams can’t even beat them without Tom Brady and Gronk). You get the picture,” he fantasized.
“The only problem? We might need to call him something other than just Gronk, because that might get a bit confusing. My vote goes to GGronko, because that’s what he calls himself on Twitter, though all 14 of his tweets appear to be deleted.”
Glenn has a nickname – it’s Goose — and we’re sticking with it, but thanks for the suggestion!
