When you make a hospital visit, there’s nothing better to wear than Patriots PJs.

That’s what Gronk decided when he visited Boston Children’s Hospital on Monday with big brother Gordie Jr., and they looked darn comfy hanging out with the kids in their favorite fleece onesies.

Rob made the day/month/year of 10-year-old Katie from Pembroke, Massachusetts, who was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis last year.

Katie had surgery last week, but a bedside hug from Gronk made her feel a whole lot better.

While she’s still recovering, Rob got little Katie to fist bump him and say “Lets go Patriots,” as he perched on her bed.

He caught up with some other Boston fans while doing the rounds of the wards, including Manny – sporting a Celtics shirt – who is recovering from a football injury and got to star in Gronk’s Instagram story.
