Patriots Are Getting Double Gronked as Glenn Gronkowski Signs New Contract in New England Glenn Gronkowski, Rob Gronkowski - February 15, 2017

Glenn with the Lombardi Trophy Cropped

We always knew Bill Belichick was smart!

The Patriots are getting double Gronked by signing youngest bro Glenn Gronkowski to a futures contract Tuesday.

We think everyone agrees, the more Gronks the better in all walks of life!

After Glenn was ranked by ESPN as the second best fullback in his 2016 draft class and signed with the Buffalo Bills, Rex Ryan screwed up once again and let a top player slip through his fingers — and the Pats benefited from his mistake (once again!).

Glenn joined the Patriots’ practice squad in October and was a key figure with the team on the victory tour to Houston, scoring himself his first Super Bowl ring and getting up close and personal with the Lombardi trophy.

The 6-foot-3, 234-pound fullback out of Kansas State is 22 years old, which means even more Gronkiness at Gillette Stadium for many, many years to come.

Fellow fullback James Develin will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, leaving room on the roster for Glenn to prove his stripes along side big brother Rob.

Of course, this isn’t the first time there’s been two Gronkowskis on the Patriots as Rob and Dan played in New England together in 2011, spawning this amazing photo below.

We can’t wait to have that view again — just swap in a number 48 jersey for number 82.
