Gronk and His Family Throw an Epic Dance Party for the Kids at Boston Children’s Hospital, Deliver a Giant-Sized $80,000 Check

“Party with Gronk” is on many people’s bucket list, hell, even Jets fans want to hit the dancefloor with him!

A bunch of awesome kids got to do just that on Wednesday when Rob, Papa Gronk, Gordie Jr. and Dan Gronkowski delivered a giant sized check for $80,000 to Boston Children’s Hospital.

And boy did they have fun! Think of it as a toned-down version of the Patriots’ Super Bowl LIII parade – with less beer chugging, no bottles of red wine, and Rob may have kept his shirt on this time. 

But that didn’t stop the party from being just as raucous, as the Gronk boys dressed up in giant plastic glasses, colorful top hats and with bouncy hearts on their heads (it was Valentine’s Day Eve after all!)

What’s a party without some singing? You can’t give Gronk a mic and not expect him to belt out some tunes, and there’s no better song to celebrate yet another Boston sports team championship than “Sweet Caroline” (and yes, Rob was wearing Red Sox glasses at one point).

We heard there was also a group rendition of “Everything Is Awesome” from the “LEGO Movie.” 

The money was raised from a joint raffle the Gronk Nation Youth Foundation did with the Matt Light Foundation that sent two lucky winners to Super Bowl LIII. Not only did it allow the fans to see the Patriots win a sixth Super Bowl in person, it also made a lasting impact on countless kids’ lives.

“The incredible donation will impact the programs and services here that make Boston Children’s the amazing place that it is - a place that cares for the entire family during and beyond their medical journey, a place that is continuously developing treatments and cures that impact the lives of kids here in Boston and around the world,” a Boston Children’s Hospital Trust spokesperson said in a thank you to both the Gronkowski family and Matt Light. 

No one loves playing with kids more than the Gronks, and remember that Rob has already promised to match make one of his nephews with Brady's daughter, Vivian. Love is definitely in the air!
